Ajmer is surrounded by the Aravalli Mountains. It is a pilgrimage center for the Shrine of the Holy Sufi Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti.

Ajmer Sharif
Moinuddin Chishti's Dargah, known as Ajmer Sharif Dargah or Ajmer Sharif is made up of several white marble buildings arranged around two courtyards, including a massive door donated by the Nizam and the Akbari Mosque, built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. It contains the domed tomb of the saint. Akbar and his queen made a pilgrimage on foot from Agra every year with respect for a vow.
The large pillars called Kose and Minar, erected at intervals of two miles (3 km) along the entire road between Agra and Ajmer mark the places where the pilgrims stopped. Around 150,000 pilgrims visit the site every day.
Pushkar
The small town of Pushkar is a sacred lake of the Hindus with its lake surrounded by 52 ghats.
Pushkar Lake is one of the five holiest pilgrimage destinations for Hindus in India.
It is believed that when the lotus petals fell from the hands of the Hindu god of creation, Brahma, Pushkar lake was created.
A bath in the waters of the sacred lake serves to purify sins and cure skin diseases.
Pilgrims from all over India come to bathe in the sacred waters of Lake Pushkar on the day of Kartik Purnima or any of the four days before the day of Kartik Purnima.
Return to Jaipur in the evening and overnight in hotel or departure from Jaipur airport. for your next destination in India.
